Can Love be a form of Psychosis?

Can Love be a form of Psychosis?

Delusion Of Love May Create Erotomania;

In general the states regulations make things difficult, but my position is that if someone has the equivalent of a masters degree in the states and malpractice and they are practicing within their country's guidlines it works. I also want my clients to be able to get help in any time zone and cultural background.
